The results of an examination of 130 patients with thunderclap headache, analysis of clinical data, and the results of the neuroimaging method - magnetic resonance angiography (MRAG) are presented. Analysis of the results of MRA 15 days after the clinical manifestation allows us to verify the presence of cerebral vasoconstriction , which provides the choice of therapy, positive clinical and neuroimaging signs of regression of vasospasm .
