Abstract

This article about pathology is a
complex of changes in the structure of the lens, developing due
to a violation of carbohydrate metabolism in the body. The
second type of diabetes mellitus is accompanied by damage to
the natural optical lens more often than the first type of the
disease. The rapid development of diabetic cataracts begins
with an increase in blood glucose levels.
