Abstract
Aclinical case description is provided. Level of evidence — V. Surgical treatment ofC3 vertebra lateral mass osteoblastoma was performed in a 6-year-old child. The follow — up period was 9 months after radical surgery with block resection of the tumor and local screw fixation of the C2-C3 vertebrae. The principles of differential diagnosisofsmall (1.5 cm) osteoblastoma with non-specific clinical and radiological symptoms are described.
