Abstract

This review considers methods of providing the main tasks of preventive and
individualized premedication in gynecological patients during perimenopause, the use
of different groups of pharmacological agents as part of premedication, and their
positive and negative aspects. Operative stress-state polyfunctional changes arise in the
bodies of women under the influence of aggressive factors of surgical intervention.
